Each of my products is handmade with love so to keep them in top condition I recommend the following:

- Not dishwasher safe
- Wipe with a damp cloth taking care when wiping over the text
- Do not soak or submerge

— DISPATCH TIME —

Dispatch times vary depending on the product. Each listing will show an approximate dispatch time prior to purchase. However, I will always endeavour to get products out as quickly as possible. If you are ordering with a particular occasion or date in mind, please feel free to message me prior to ordering so I can let you know if it will be possible to fulfil your order in time.

I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable, this does not include personalised, custom-made products. I take every care to package each item carefully for postage, however in the unfortunate event of an item damaged in the post, I will offer a replacement straight away or a refund. Please contact me within 14 days if there are any issues with your item.
