Lead plaque approx 30 x 9 x 2 cm
Each grandchild plaque approx 30 x 6 x 2 cm

Each plaque is connected by hooks, leaving a gap of approx 1 cm between each one.

— HOW TO ORDER —

1. Choose how many grandchildren pieces you need.

2. Enter each grandchild’s name and date of birth separated by commas, e.g. “Niamh 29-03-2014, Isla 05-11-2015,….”

Please feel free to message me if you’d like different colours or design and I am happy to send you a mock-up before making.
